HMY win 2 of 9 Kent Design & Development Awards

HMY are delighted to announce that they received two of the nine awards at the Kent Design & Development Awards 2018 this week.

The Kent Design & Development Awards celebrates the best of architectural design and property development in Kent, with an award event every two years. In the words of the Kent County Council Leader, Paul Carter “These awards showcase Kent’s built environment and epitomise the longstanding spirit of partnership between the public and private sector, through the skills of our local architects, construction companies, developers and surveyors.” HMY won in the categories of Conservation with the One Warwick Park Hotel project and Public Buildings – Education for the Hundred of Hoo Primary School.

It is exciting to see such a high standard of architectural design being achieved in the last two years within Kent alone and HMY are very proud to have won in these two categories amongst such strong competition. HMY want to thank their clients, Markerstudy Insurance and Hundred of Hoo Academy for their vision and commitment to enable these projects to come to fruition.
